It's Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It's a great post to organise yourself. It's an opportunity to visit and comment, and er... add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye's Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!
I had a good week, some work in the garden, some quilting, some reading, watching some cricket. And so the week goes by. I also went to see the new school that has been built and about to open. I taught at this school for many years, but now they have moved with new buildings, new name etc. Looks very impressive, great playground for the children. Someone asked would I like to be starting all over again but my resounding answer was "No".
It's official, in my little micro climate in New Zealand we are having the coldest summer in thirty years. Many other places here are experiencing drought and heat, but not us! We could sell water! And they say it will be a big commodity in the future!
What I read last week:
Three books for review and all definitely worth reading.
What I am reading at present:
From my recently bought shelf.
